We connect the dots. Then build something from them.
Smart, practical work for organizations ready to turn overlooked opportunity into measurable growth.
Connection is where progress starts.
Kensington Camber is a strategy, advertising and design firm built around a simple belief: most growth problems are connection problems.
We look for the gap between demand and capacity, audience and opportunity, assets and use. Then we build practical, repeatable programs to close it.

Midweek visitation, sponsorships, events, a new audience — bring the challenge and we’ll tell you what we would do and what it would take.
Start a conversation Describe your challengeKevin brings 20+ years of building revenue programs for resorts, destinations and tourism organizations. As VP of Sales & Marketing at Greek Peak Mountain Resort and Hope Lake Lodge, he grew an after-school ski program to 20,000 students and $3M in annual sales, built sponsorship from $0 to $300K a year, and created an "Event-in-a-Box" partnership model that turned a venue with no established events into a regional destination for endurance races, festivals and competitions drawing tens of thousands of attendees a year.
His event work ranges from Tough Mudder and Spartan Race to the Emmylou Harris Country Music Festival and the USA Luge Challenge with Verizon — a temporary luge track built on the mountain that drew 25,000 visitors in a weekend. In 2005 he created the first 24-hour Hope on the Slopes fundraiser for the American Cancer Society; it raised $85,000 in year one and has since expanded to 35+ ski areas across North America. He has also supported municipal festivals in Ithaca and Cortland with insurance placement, permitting and risk management — experience grounded in a commercial insurance practice licensed in all 50 states.
As Director of Marketing for the Tompkins County CVB he co-created the national "Winter, You Win" campaign. Since 2015 at Kensington Camber he has doubled Home & Garden Show attendance, rebranded Tioga County Tourism and created the Tioga County Cider Trail.
An Ithaca College graduate (BS International Business, BA German) and former IC Men's Alpine team captain, Kevin believes skiing — and growth — should be accessible to everyone.
